Gite in the Dordogne France 2005

Being blessed/cursed by being 6ft5 air travel just isn't that much fun so in 2005 we decided to take the quick hop over to the Dordogne in France and rent a Gite (cottage). The Dordogne lived up to its reputation in every way including a heatwave which took the temperatures up into the 40s.
